1. Scope and Apple’s license

These terms describe use of Show Off (展视 / 展視), provided by Kun Wang, and supplement the Apple Standard Licensed Application EULA applicable to the app. They do not replace that license or remove rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

2. What the app provides

Designed Films turns selected photos or videos into preset 3D showcase sequences with editable text. Motion Studio provides custom device and camera animation. Available layouts use common 1:1, 4:3, 16:9 and 2:3 formats; a designed film may use its own fixed layout. The current version produces silent videos, with no background music, sound effects or imported-video audio in the exported result. Available features and rendering performance depend on the version, source media, device and settings.

3. Your media and exports

You retain the rights you already hold in your imported media and original text. You are responsible for having the necessary permissions to edit and publish screenshots, recordings, logos and other content you supply, including permissions concerning other people’s privacy or likeness. Exporting a film does not grant ownership of third-party artwork, device designs, models or trademarks shown in it. Check applicable permissions and licenses before publishing or commercial use.

4. Bundled assets and trademarks

Third-party assets remain subject to their own licenses and attribution requirements; see the app’s credits and bundled license notices. Device models include work credited to TechFreak and MajdyModels under CC BY 4.0. If your distribution requires attribution, carry the relevant credit and license information with the work. Apple, iPhone and App Store are Apple Inc. trademarks. Show Off is an independent app and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Apple. Other marks belong to their respective owners.

5. Responsible publication

Do not use the app to infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, violate applicable law, or falsely imply a product’s capabilities or an endorsement. Review media, captions, framing and final output before sharing. The app does not guarantee acceptance by an app store, advertising platform or client, or any particular marketing result.

6. Optional tips and refunds

Tips are voluntary one-time consumable purchases, not subscriptions or payments to unlock functionality. Consumable tips do not create restorable feature entitlements. Apple processes purchases; refund requests follow Apple’s procedures and applicable law. Choosing not to tip does not restrict available creative features.

7. Rendering, storage and availability

Rendering may be affected by source-file compatibility, available storage, temperature, device resources or interruptions. Keep originals and any exports you need. The developer does not host or back up your projects. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every file, or that a particular result will meet every intended use.

8. Disclaimer and your legal rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without additional guarantees beyond those required by law or the applicable license. Any limitation of liability applies only as permitted by law and the applicable license. Nothing on this page excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

9. Privacy, changes and contact

Data handling is explained in the Privacy Policy. This page may be updated to reflect changes to the app or applicable requirements, with the updated date shown above; any notice or consent required by law will still apply. For questions, use the official GitHub support channel. Do not include sensitive information in a public issue.
