WorkList（中文名称：工作清单，以下简称“本应用”）尊重并保护您的隐私。本政策说明本应用在您使用工作记录、附件归档、导出及备份等功能时如何处理数据。
1. 我们不收集个人信息
本应用无需注册或登录账号，不收集您的姓名、手机号、电子邮箱、通讯录、精确位置、设备标识符或其他可识别您身份的信息。我们不使用广告 SDK、统计分析 SDK或行为追踪工具，也不会建立用户画像。
2. 本地保存的数据
您主动创建或导入的下列内容默认保存在设备的 iOS 应用沙盒内：
- 项目组、工作记录、分类、日期、工作内容等信息；
- 您选择归档的文档、图片、附件及待归档文件；
- 应用偏好设置、导出文件及您创建的 WorkList 完整备份。
这些数据不会由本应用自动上传至开发者服务器，也不提供云端同步服务。
3. 文件、照片与分享
只有在您主动使用系统文件选择器、照片选择器或“分享至 WorkList”等功能时，本应用才会读取您明确选择的内容。应用不会扫描其他未选择的文件或照片。
当您导出 Word 清单、成果文件压缩包或完整备份并选择其他应用、云盘、邮件或社交软件进行保存或分享时，相关文件将交由您选择的第三方服务处理，其后续行为受该服务自身的隐私政策约束。
4. 备份与恢复
完整备份可包含项目组、工作记录、分类、待归档文件、附件和图片。备份仅在您主动操作时生成，并保存或分享至您选择的位置。
导入备份会恢复备份中的数据，并可能替换应用当前数据。为降低误操作风险，本应用会在恢复前尝试为当前数据创建本地安全备份。请自行妥善保管导出的备份文件。
5. 数据安全与删除
本应用依赖 iOS 沙盒和系统文件保护机制保护本地数据。您可以在应用内删除记录、项目、附件或待归档文件；卸载本应用通常会删除应用沙盒中的本地数据。已导出或分享到其他位置的文件，需要您在相应位置自行删除。
任何存储方式都无法保证绝对安全。对于重要工作资料，建议定期导出完整备份并保存至可信位置。
6. 第三方服务与跨境传输
本应用不内置第三方广告、分析或云同步服务，不会由开发者主动将您的应用数据传输给第三方或进行跨境传输。您主动调用的 Apple 系统服务及第三方分享目标不属于本应用控制范围。
7. 儿童隐私
本应用不以儿童为目标用户，也不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。由于本应用不设账号且数据默认仅保存在本地，开发者无法识别使用者年龄。
8. 政策更新
当应用功能或法律要求发生变化时，我们可能更新本政策。更新后的版本将在本页面公布，并标注最新更新日期；重大变化将通过适当方式提示。

WorkList (also known as 工作清单, referred to below as “the App”) respects and protects your privacy. This policy explains how the App handles data when you record work, organize attachments, export files, and create or restore backups.
1. We Do Not Collect Personal Information
The App does not require an account or sign-in. We do not collect your name, phone number, email address, contacts, precise location, device identifiers, or other information that identifies you. The App contains no advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or behavioral tracking tools, and we do not create user profiles.
2. Data Stored Locally
The following content that you create or import is stored locally in the App’s iOS sandbox by default:
- Project groups, work records, categories, dates, and work notes;
- Documents, images, attachments, and pending files that you choose to add;
- App preferences, exported files, and full WorkList backups that you create.
The App does not automatically upload this data to the developer’s servers and does not provide a cloud synchronization service.
3. Files, Photos, and Sharing
The App accesses content only when you explicitly select it using the system file picker, photo picker, or a “Share to WorkList” action. It does not scan files or photos that you have not selected.
When you export a Word worklist, deliverables archive, or full backup and choose another app, cloud drive, email service, or social app to save or share it, the selected third-party service will process that file under its own privacy policy.
4. Backup and Restore
A full backup may include project groups, work records, categories, pending files, attachments, and images. A backup is created only when you request it and is saved or shared to the destination you choose.
Importing a backup restores the data in that backup and may replace the App’s current data. To reduce the risk of accidental loss, the App attempts to create a local safety backup of the current data before restoration. You are responsible for keeping exported backup files secure.
5. Data Security and Deletion
The App relies on the iOS sandbox and system file-protection mechanisms to protect local data. You can delete records, projects, attachments, or pending files within the App. Uninstalling the App will generally remove data stored in its sandbox. Files already exported or shared elsewhere must be deleted by you at those locations.
No storage method can guarantee absolute security. We recommend regularly exporting a full backup of important work data and storing it in a trusted location.
6. Third-Party Services and International Transfers
The App does not include third-party advertising, analytics, or cloud-sync services. The developer does not actively transfer your App data to third parties or across borders. Apple system services and third-party sharing destinations that you choose are outside the App’s control.
7. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect children’s personal information. Because it has no account system and stores data locally by default, the developer cannot identify a user’s age.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when App features or legal requirements change. The revised version will be published on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated in an appropriate manner.
